Philosophy

LITALICO
The word "LITALICO" was coined by combining two Japanese words: "lita (利他)" meaning altruism and "lico (利己)" meaning self-centeredness.
We aim to create a world where we can achieve these two concepts, by building a relationship that links societal benefit with each individual’s happiness.

This is our statement, which presents the attitude we value when we face our customers.

Symbol

Our corporate symbol features the Japanese kanji "人" meaning "a person" in the letter "A" in "LITALICO", to signify that people are always at the center of businesses as well as organizations. As our corporate color, we also did not pick just one color but adopted multiple colors, to express diversity.

    Established the company in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture.

    Started an employment transfer support business "WINGLE" (currently, LITALICO Works).
